Backgammon Cat doesn't ask who you are. There are no accounts, no ads and no tracking.

The iPhone and iPad app

The app doesn't collect any data, and the game runs entirely on your device. Your settings and saved game are stored only on your device, and may be included in your device backups. Deleting the app deletes them.

The app only goes online if you tap a link to one of our guides, which opens this website in your browser.

The website

The game on this website also runs in your browser. Your settings and saved game stay in your browser's storage and aren't sent to us.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to the website as a whole, such as which pages are popular. Cloudflare says this doesn't use cookies or track individual visitors across sites. As with most websites, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, handles technical data such as IP addresses in order to deliver the pages. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Children

We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page.
