I can't hear any sound

Check that Sound is on in the game menu and that your volume is up. On iPhone, also check that your phone isn't on silent. Sound starts after your first tap on the screen.

Where did my game go?

Your game saves itself as you play. Open the home screen and tap Continue to pick it up. Games are saved only on the device or browser you played on, so they don't move between devices. Deleting the app or clearing your browser data removes them.

How do I change the difficulty?

Tap New game on the home screen and choose Beginner, Intermediate or Expert.

How do I see a hint?

Tap Hint during your turn, after rolling. Arrows on the board show the best move.

Why did the game stop me making a move?

Backgammon has rules about which moves you have to make. For example, you must play both dice if you can. See the full rules.

How do I delete my data?

Everything is stored on your device. Delete the app, or clear this site's data in your browser. See our privacy policy.
